Updated COVID-19 Protocol
Due to the increase in COVID cases nationwide we sadly will no longer be allowing anyone to accompany their pet into the building. WE WILL BE CURBSIDE ONLY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. You will call upon arrival and a technician will come out to check you in, at your car. You will REMAIN in your car. Please do NOT leave. These are not drop off appointments unless scheduled that way. The lobby is still closed for patronage, please do not walk in. If you do not have a cell phone to call us, please come to the door and knock. An associate will come out to assist you. If you call in for your appointment and it goes to voicemail, please do NOT leave a message. Please call back until you speak with someone. If you have an urgent matter, please do not leave a message. We sometimes do not get to check our voicemails until the end of the day.
Prescription medication and food pickups WILL STILL BE CURBSIDE. We encourage prepaying for your items to help streamline pickups. Please allow 24-48 hours for ALL requests to be fulfilled. We are working hard to accommodate everyone but are requiring more time to get it all together. Please try not to run out of your long-term medications or food.
At this time we are only able to accommodate “new clients” for in home euthanasia’s and cannot take on any other new client house calls at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The good news is, we are still taking new clients at our office location! We ask for patience and understanding when scheduling appointments as our schedule fills quickly and sometimes there may be longer wait times to be seen, especially for routine appointments (such as vaccinations, routine exams, etc.). *PLAN AHEAD* – If an appointment is needed as a follow up or next puppy/kitten vaccinations, please schedule BEFORE you leave. We cannot guarantee an appointment if calling the day before it is needed.
We want everyone to know how grateful we are for your continued patience during this time. Due to the heavy volume of new pets, including puppies and kittens, your appointment wait times may have been extended and continue to be as we try our best to accommodate as many clients/pets as we can without compromising our quality of care. If you are more than 15 mins late to an appointment, or do not show for your appointment we reserve the right to reschedule your pet and a fee may be assessed. We want to see your pet but have many others we need to see as well! If you are late, that means the rest of our schedule is delayed. Thank you for your promptness.
Due to a high call volume, you may also experience a longer than normal wait time on the phone. We apologize for that but also thank you for your continued support and understanding!
