Updated COVID-19 Protocol
Due to the increase in COVID cases nationwide and space issues at the clinic, WE WILL BE CURBSIDE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. This is out of safety for you, our staff and your pets. We have prided ourselves on the ability to continue to take new clients here at our office. As a result of this, our caseloads have tripled, yet our clinic size has stayed the same. We cannot safely accommodate the caseloads we have taken on by allowing clients in the building at this time. We truly understand how disappointing this can be, but please know if a doctor can come out to your car (weather permitting) to discuss the exam, he/she will.
~We are still unable to accommodate new clients for house-calls but are happy to accommodate at the office location. Please call the office directly if you are inquiring about in-home euthanasia services.
~We ask for continued patience and understanding when scheduling appointments as our schedule fills quickly and sometimes there may be longer wait times to be seen, especially for routine appointments (such as vaccinations, routine exams, first puppy/kitten visits etc.).
**We are prioritizing sick patients. Please try and schedule your follow up appointment BEFORE leaving. Days & times are not guaranteed unless you book ahead.
A FEW REMINDERS:
- Please do not walk in. The lobby will remain closed at this time. Call upon arrival for your appointment or medication/food pick up.
- DO NOT LEAVE. This is not a drop off appointment (unless scheduled that way). A doctor and technician will be in and out to discuss exam findings etc.
- Do not leave a message if you are here for an appointment or to pick up meds. Please call back until you speak with someone. Messages are checked periodically, but not right away!
- If you are more than 15 mins late for an appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule it and a fee will be assessed to your account.
- If you cancel on the same day or not show, there is a $50 per appt fee that will be billed to your account.
We want everyone to know how grateful we are for your continued patience during this time. We are doing our best to accommodate as many clients/pets as we can without compromising our quality of care. Due to a high call volume, you may also experience a longer than normal wait time on the phone.
